Start drinking cow milk for some days, i agree may be some day this will not suite to your digestion because of your low immunity, however , if you will still continue you will know how cow milk increase strength of your bones.

Sneha Thakur I was given an antibiotic by my gynec. Warm compress also helped as I had shivers during MASTITIS. I couldn’t express all the breastmilk out either by hand or thru a pump

You are only telling negative about cows milk. Infact it is very healthy

or jab yeh combination valay formulated zehar milk nai invent huay thay tab kya bacho ko dya jataa thaa fazool ki resarch hai apki I dont think so that any artificial milk can be compared with pure milk. Zehar mat do apnay bacho ko artificial milk ki shakal mein. Bestes hai Mother Feed but agar na poori ho tou Cow milk han ussay sonf, daar cheeni saal k boil kar lo no issue in growth
