As an unvaccinated person (48) in good health i contracted covid-19 for the first time 2-3 days ago. The symptoms have been very much like what is mentioned in the video: - Fever (39C) for 1.5 day which then resolved - Sore throat (the first symptom, preceeding the fullblown illness with a few days) - Headache (resolved when the fever resolved) Minor symptoms: - Dry cough - Runny nose.

You think? He promoted the "vaccine" (transfection) from the very start and is controlled opposition. There are some of us who told you more than two years ago that the FCS was lab origin. We told you that the vaccines were dangerous and told you what alternative treatments to use. We told you about the excess deaths. We were called cranks. No...he does not get away with it despite his backpedaling. WE KNOW. Deepak Kuashi who was the top scientist in charge of millions of research grants is being investigated by The Office of Research Integrity for fraudulent results in the trial that produced the " BNT162B vaccines protect rhesus macaques from SARS-CoV-2" add to that the fraud committed by neuroscientist: Sylvain Lesné of the University of Minnesota (UMN) regarding amyloid....a fraud that has underpinned more than a decades of research and John's own backpedaling admission that handing out SSRI's like sweets for anxiety and depression does nothing....but hey, nothing to see here. No, he promoted the "get your vaccine narrative" from the start. Yes, get your vaccine from the company that has faced the biggest fine in history (2 Billion dollars) because they care about your health (lolz). If you think we are going to go away and forget about the DECADES of malfeasance corruption and dual use technology which covers bio-warfare and experimentation on ordinary people then you have got another think coming. WE KNOW. We know about the SVCP and aids. We know about SV 40. We know it all and there will be a reckoning against all the corrupt institutes and anybody who promoted this abomination. We know there will be more waves of death and more viruses released but we are the control group. Unmasked and Unvaccinated and still standing and WE ARE COMING. The people who told you the truth have all been silenced and removed from social media. You do not get to change your tune now that it is blowing up in your face. We see you and there will be a reckoning. No one escapes this and no one walks away...your lovely bed side manner will not save you from the shit storm that is coming. Thousands have died and been injured. GET YOUR VAXX.

I alternated Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hours. I took Epsom salt baths to cool down. Mucinex Sinus Max was a life saver. The biggest thing is to try and get some rest and hydrate. I had to sleep the first 4 days... literally could not stay up long.

Yep, my husband brought it home from work on August 1st. I tested on the 2nd & within 2 minutes the home test was positive. Fever, chills the first night. Congestion, like a head cold. Loss of appetite. We used only over the counter meds. Ibuprofen for aches. I slept on our couch & let him have the bedroom since he sleeps with a CPAP, for sleep apnea. We were sick that whole week. In recovery, we had the brain fog & fatigue. I still have a mild cough. My husband talked to other guys he works with who have had it. One man still has a cough 8 months later. Another man’s wife still has a cough 3 months after having Covid. Hard to shake the stupid cough. I even made a homemade cough syrup with Apple Cider Vinegar, local honey & ginger. At least at night, when I go to bed, I don’t cough & am able to sleep through the night. Thank you, Dr. Campbell for all your help on this. ❤️🇺🇸

We had severe bone aches, sharp pain in our eyes, coughed up bloody mucus, high fever (103.5), dizziness when getting up to walk around. We r still having exhaustion and we are a week in. I retested today and I’m still a strong positive. We really thought we were going to die. This has been horrible ! Thank you for keeping the world informed

Dr. Campbell, thank you for all your time and effort in providing honest and transparent data driven analyses during this pandemic. I was able to rely upon you when I wasn't provided the same by the CDC and local health officials. I contracted Covid a couple of weeks ago, experienced a moderate case with most symptoms. The thing that helped me the most was a twice daily (before bed and after waking up) sinus nasal wash. Significant and quick improvement after starting, I'm surprised this wasn't recommended more. Curious if others have experienced similar results.

14:00 One of the things I noticed about self-reported COVID symptoms on social media, especially Reddit, was that some people who had severe COVID often had a mild case initially that seemed to get better before it suddenly got worse. Upon reading their description of events leading up to the worsening of their symptoms, a majority of the reports I read claimed that they resumed normal daily activities once they felt better, and those daily activities often included moderate to intense exercise. In all the reports that mention a bout of exercise, it was always the day after the exercise was performed that they reported their symptoms getting worse, to the point of hospitalization for many of them. With regard to the categories of people who are more and less likely to develop long COVID, which may be associated with more severe infections although not always, it appears that the people it's most common in (ages 35-69 [working/parenting ages]; females; more deprived areas; working in social care) are people who are likely to have physical stress and are less likely to have time to properly rest and recover, while the people it's least common in (students; retired people; people looking for work) are those who are most likely to have the necessary time to physically rest and wait for the infection to clear before aggravating it further with physical activity. This suggests to me that while these workers may not be taxing their bodies under the same amount of physical stress that those who exercised and developed worsening symptoms did, they are under enough physical stress from their jobs or life with kids to potentially further exacerbate some of the damage COVID is doing, thereby prolonging the symptoms. However in the people who are less likely to self-report long COVID, they are all more likely to have time to properly rest and recuperate since they don't have work or life responsibilities that would make them physically stressed.

We both tested positive for covid, my wife had a headache and sore throat, I had fever lasting a day. I proceeded to return to self employed construction work once I felt better, I noticed though that I was really fatigued easily just exhaustion, at least once a month I’ll get very achy, muscle pains and soreness, breathing is fine no worries there but my daughter a toddler, at nursery seems to bring stuff home and it hits me like a truck, whereas my wife doesn’t affect her at all.

John, thank you for highlighting the important possible relationship between long-covid and employment status! This is a relationship that goes well beyond what Public Health and Medicine can tackle by itself. I think we need deep multidisciplinary thinking to understand the positive association between reporting long-covid and being employed. It could be that work demands an earlier and fuller recovery, which may in part cause worse long-covid. It could be that work exposes people to repeat-covid, making long-covid more likely or harsher. It could be that people who manage their time more freely (students, retired and the like) can manage the symptoms better and are thus less likely to suffer from them or indeed report them at all. We could (and should) generalise what the raw data tell us regarding the mix of interacting medical and social reasons that may impact different groups of people. We could say that the age group with the highest reporting rate is the one with the least free time and/or life flexibility (mid-20s to mid-60s) who would be more likely to suffer because they do not have enough freedom to self-manage. Similar arguments could hold for others leading inflexible, time-poor and generally demanding lives (e.g. women with two jobs - paid employment and housekeeping, single mothers without support, poorest employees and their families). The bad news is that without the necessary modelling and multivariate regression investigations we will not be able to disentangle and understand any behavioural responses/interactions to/with covid. The good news is that the needed data is being collected by ONS and there will hopefully be plenty of behavioural social scientists who will put their hands up to help tackle this challenge.

There is a study on Polish sample showing that the higher the chance the person is entitled to paid sick leave, the higher the chance of being tested positive with covid. People not entitled to that (university student, self-employed) "mysteriously" don't feel bad enough to seek medical help.

It took me 6 weeks from coming down with it to being able to leave the house and feel relatively normal. I’m an extremely fit healthy person, if Id had to return to a job that required me to be somewhere fully functioning within a week or two of going sick I would either have had to leave the job or I’d have screwed my health long term. As it was I had some after effects that took months to resolve and I believe they resolved due to minimal stress, l o fresh air, clean nutritious diet (daily raw liver was a miracle worker for me) and not overdoing it. Going back to a demanding stress filled job is for sure going to contribute to ‘long covid’ which is v similar to post viral fatigue.

I am 31 now, was 29 when I caught the first variant and was sick for almost 2 months. Second round was only like a week. I am in the US and have covid now, likely BA.5. Felt first symptoms Monday eve and tested positive Tues morning. Began with scratchy throat and mild symptoms, worsened on the 2nd night with fever, body aches, cough, upper respiratory congestion, headache, and fatigue. Those symptoms resolved within 2 more days into only fatigue, low fever, and some nasal congestion. Now on day 5, the fatigue seems to be lessening, no fever, and I am feeling like myself again with a little lingering congestion. Feels like I’m on the mend in 5 days. I’ve received the Pfizer first and second dose, and Moderna 3rd and 4th doses. Just wanted to share for everyone’s info- wishing good health to all.

Junk food diet and staying inside all the time people not so much. I bagged groceries during this and what was in a person’s cart was almost a 💯 reflection of their portrait health and attitude. Fasting is the best thing you can do, it clears out foreign material including viruses and puts your immune system into top shape. Some of the many benefits of fasting and a lower carb whole food diet on the immune system, blood pressure, blood sugar and anti-aging, all backed up by clinical data: Fribrosis/scarring is reversed. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. The hunger hormone ghrelin lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria and viruses by the immune system. Blood pressure is quickly and dramatically lowered, which is very important for a good outcome with the current pandemic. Fasting increases nitric oxide, which has manifold postive effects like reducing arterial plaque. Weight loss from fasting only loses10% lean tissue and 90% fat compared to the typical 25% lean tissue and 75% fat lost when calorically restricting for long periods. Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy! Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. Fasting is beneficial for all infections but especially for viral infections: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mqad19iOmrK6fZM.html Is fasting just the same as caloric restriction? No! Dieting increases the hunger hormone ghrelin while fasting decreases it and has many other health benefits! kzread.info/dash/bejne/pYqgj9CinMu9fMY.html What breaks a fast? kzread.info/dash/bejne/aZWGrtV8oNvfY9I.html When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it and builds muscle! kzread.info/dash/bejne/mH6JpteccrrcZNY.html Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility especially in women with PCOS. Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate! kzread.info/dash/bejne/dJl3wcmCgpXAYZc.html The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, it never uses mainly glucose for fuel and using glucose for fuel is very biochemically damaging! kzread.info/dash/bejne/gJplzNmGktm0qNo.html Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Fasting can make you gain muscle faster: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z4aBmqmLqtaveco.html Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! Your body releases interferon which is also triggered by the body during viral attacks to shut down the replication ability of the surrounding cells and stop infections. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body actually recycles large numbers of immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire system. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, helping a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Autophagy induced by fasting even helps hair regrow. Dieters losing weight through intermittent fasting show greater reduction in waist size and increase in insulin sensitivity for the same weight lost and alternate day fasters were shown to lose fat while gaining muscle at the same time over a six month period. Fasting reverses metabolic syndrome, which is tightly correlated to Chronic Fatiguque Syndrome, high blood pressurecancer and many other chronic diseases. Fasting has been shown to increase bone marrow volume by 10% and levels of carnosine in the body in as little as a few weeks. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. Eating one meal a day can bring most of these benefits to a lesser degree, and adding a few entire days off from eating per week will have even more effect especially when starting to feel poorly. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. It developed into what felt like a sinus infection. I got a rash on my collar bone. No cough, I’m asthmatic, so that was my biggest concern. I have chronic pain/ chronic fatigue on a regular basis and my covid wasn’t as bad as that and didn’t seem to impact it. I did have a massive surge of anxiety, but I think that’s due to worrying about infecting others. I’m still positive after 7 days and have no taste and smell.

You can try to get your smelling back by smelling all the different things for a while every day. Just continue at least 30 seconds per each even when you don't smell anything. If you have some strong smells like cedar oil, tea tree oil and such, they may be the first you can smell again. Lemon is good too. Smelling may come back and then in the morning it's gone again, but keep smelling things. Spices, herbs, vegetables, coffee, tea, perfumes, pet food, bread, cookies, everything. Finally it will hopefully be normal again.

Add to that that fungus in general has been increasing lately due to the same imbalance in the environment and over use of fungicides (same w microbes like TB, antibiotics misuse and over use). There's also the issue of emf being like miracle grow for fungi. Scientists have been trying to bring awareness but it gets little attention. We'll be paying attention soon, we'll have no choice.

Thank you for the update, I don't even look at my govt.'s covid info it's too obsolete and the provincial and fed data is minimal due to a hodge-podge of decisions to test or not to test .Your updates and ZOE symptoms survey are reliable and sound reviews of current knowledge and also of current confusing data/lack of knowledge. Much appreciated the note of optimism re: Omicron BA.5 now and the funny pic at the end . You are definitely better looking than the clay animation character. Keep up the good work w Gromit's assistance!

My family had the bug right after Christmas, 2021. Oddly, a couple of changes AFTER recovering was significant hair loss (about 3 months later) and I'm definitely noticing a change in my sense of smell (now 8 months later), which I don't recall having DURING the illness.

Same here... lost 3/4 of my hair. Started falling out 4-6 weeks after I recovered from Covid. I had a fever of 104 for 3 days when I had covid... did you have a fever? Fever can cause hair loss.

Loosing my hair now, probably at about 30 percent fell out so far. I had covid in June. I had a mild case. I had sever back pain, I thought I was having a kidney infection. Went to doctor did urinalysis was fine. Two days later I was sick with the worst body chills and leg cramps, sever head ache. Very low grade fever. Was sick for about 3 days. But now my hair is falling out, I know it will grow back. But it can cause hair loss for some about 3 months after they were sick.

Healthy male. 30s. Had BA.5. Acute symptoms absolutely mild but had loss of taste. Fatigue since testing negative is like nothing else I’ve experienced before. Warm wishes to everyone else who’s recovering right now.

It’s been 12 days since I first experienced symptoms and 9 days since I tested positive for Covid19, and I’m still in the recovery process. Cough is still bad, though the amount of phlegm has significantly reduced. Tightness of chest and breathlessness are still preventing me from any amount of exertion through even simple walks/strolls. Senses of smell and taste are slowly returning from today.
