    Mam, After Cavic positive result, i have increase my suger level. I take medicine 2 times Morning & Night Dialipton 5/500 mg and one time insulin in Night point 12 but Morning PBS Result is 10+. Please give your advice

    Thank you for this mam. I'd like to point out many patients are suffering from cough and low fever even after recovery. In such cases, ghee should not be consumed as it can be harmful for cough. Your thoughts mam? Which ghee would you suggest? Buffalo or cow?

    @@amishashreya05 buy an oxymeter keep checking her oxygen and sugar levels, if O2 is low ( like below 90) and very high sugar, you must be serious about this and might need a bed. My father later had 45 percent lungs infected he was admitted, and now he's fine, I pray you don't need bed for your mother, but please never do delay if she needs, I hope this helps you, take care❤

    That is a myth, please learn to eat sensibly you don't need to avoid anything just need to keep protein high and carbs low and high fiber

    @@AvantiDeshpande-Nutritionist how myth, if you take 100 gm flour, how much carb calories are produced out of it, it say 350 cal. Out of 350 cal, you got at least ten teaspoon of sugar.

    @@P4Passions it's always a combination of carbs + protein + fiber + fat, to reduce the glycemic index, it's not just sugar, if you consider millets they have carbs with protein and fiber and along with that take ghee then the glycemic index reduces further, that is what is important, if it was juice or sweets then you consider absolute sugar not other wise

    @@AvantiDeshpande-Nutritionist mam, your formula is for a normal person, but if a guy is confirmed diabetic, then I think food Management needs major alterations and flour pratha, bakery items,.sweets, cookies and buiscuits should be avoided

    Even white rice be avoided. There is a myth too, that for a diabetic, white foods such as sugar, flour/ maida, and rice be avoided
