- Most important is to provide the service in a very short period of time, that the passenger gets his result in just a very few minutes, it means that the passenger arrives at the airport, starts at the registration counter, the registration leaves his telephone number and his boarding card, and the boarding card is combined with the result of the antigen test. Right after registration, he is doing the test itself, and when he did the antigen test, within 10 to 15 minutes, he will get his result via text message on his mobile phone. With a negative result of the antigen test, he's free to leave, and also he's free to enter the security area. With a positive result, he just get a message that he has to come back to the testing area, and then he get all the necessary information and the next procedures. From our point of view, the most important factor is the time, so passengers wants to get the result very fast, because you need to find a process which can be integrated in the whole check-in process very easy and very fast. So, from our point of view, it makes sense to integrate that whole procedure within the terminal, close to the check-in area. This is also possible at that low passenger numbers we have right now, if the number of passengers and the number of test that has issues is going to increase, we maybe would have to think about finding some additional space, maybe some other building close to the terminal, but the most important factor for that process is to provide an efficient and very fast service, so we will always will try to keep the service very close to the passenger, very close to the check-in situation.
