To unlock the weapons you need to reach a certain level in game (Offline-Online and not Versus offline) Weapons unlock by history are Natsu and Xiba - Episode 15 Nightmare - Episode 11 Patroklos - Episode 4 Pyhrra - Episode 19 By leveling up .. Others (The rest of the characters that dont unlock a weapon by history) Level 9 Fun (Joke) Weapons - Level 53 Master Weapons - Level 25 Ultimate Weapons - Level 41 To unlock stickers > Level 1 - 99 To unlock all stages > Level 25 To unlock weapon effects..Via level only and not dlc i do believe. Angel Effect - Level 58 Comic Effect - Level 67 Cute Effect - Level 37 Demon Effect - Level 58 Manga Effect - Level 67 Have Fun

I believe they should revert back to having most weapons locked, SC was fun playing through to get all the weapons and clothing.

That or being bought from stores with only the rare weapons being locked in extra modes of play.

Its ridiculous how there's only 8 weapons. What was the point of the extra space? I liked it better in SCIV were I can just buy the weapon I want to unlock, not level up to a certain number and unlock a weapon. If there's going to be a Soul Calibur 6, then the developers should just put the purchasing weapons back in.

I don't think so. All characters are unlocked at the start in fighting games now, so all the weapons might as well be unlocked at the start too. Besides, unlocking them would be repetitive, playing as one character going through any mode that's required to unlock a certain weapon & doing that over & over with other characters.

Soulcalibur 6 needs these

Feels like a complete rip that each of these characters only get 8 weapons! Was their more weapons coming to the game through DLC? Looks like it due to all the extra space in the Menu!

My favorite weapon is the Firangi and Nirvana. Though it's going to take long to unlock.

So you just made a pointless reply, just because of what I said about the Weapon Unlocks in SCV? Weapon Unlocks in general kept decreasing since SCII, making weapon unlocks pointless now. If there's going to be a SCVI, all weapons might as well be unlocked from the start since there aren't as many weapons as it used to be.
