RG is the LoP. He has to speak to the whole nation. There are lots of people in India who don't understand a word of Hindi. They too must be addressed. So people in the South feel happy that he is speaking in English even if it is only a small percentage of his speech. South strongly feels that the country primarily looks after the needs of Hindi speaking North. So it is essential that RG also speak in English which the Southerners can understand

well well Cong getting 99 seats not sure if Rahul Gandhis efforts, the adl seats were due to the distribution of seats and some BJP failures. But lets say Pappu image is definitely taken a beating for his benefit, however the road ahead is long, a 55 year old born to silver spoon, is now starting to begin his career seriously, wow!
