jisung got a lower timbre and while his voice would be typically for darker songs, his voice and sentimentality shines in songs like this. his voice gives you warmth and purity at the same time, a feeling of being wrapped in comfy and thick blanket on cold days, the scent of a nice cup of hot chocolate. thank you for singing, jisung. you've stolen my heart.

Interesting how this and Mark’s Child were released right after each other. Mark’s song is inspired by his childhood in SM and Jisung’s video is an “I’m no longer a child” announcement cause he’s now in his 20’s globally.

This is so new to me because with this, we can truly appreciate Jisung's vocals. He barely gets any lines in nct dream songs, so this cover is an opportunity for all of us to enjoy his singing skills. Jisung is only 6 days younger than me and it felt like I grew up with him. He was like a brother that I never had. Just like a twin brother. My sister introduced me to NCT right when NCT U had their debut. Back then I was 14 years old and I was fascinated. I absolutely loved 7th Sense. She then told me that two more units are going to debut few months later. I also loved NCT 127s firetruck. When NCT Dream had their debut she showed it to me and told me that they are pretty much the same age as me. Jisung instantly caught my attention because he is the only member younger than me and also only by 6 days. He was my favorite member because of that and his dancing skills. I also really liked his personality. Jisung really pushed me to improve my dancing skills. Not only just the dancing skills. Whenever I felt like he was improving I also pushed myself to improve as a person in general. I’m so thankful for that. Thank you for everything Jisung and happy birthday 😁
