    He is not a hero. He is a good witness who believes he owns his family because of religious beliefs of 'stewardship'. It is no wonder his wife is tough, she is property just as Tammy was. Every time that man said "My wife" using that tone of voice, he meant it literally and my skin crawled. You can tell he thinks a lot of himself. No wonder he and Chad got on so well!

My husband died almost 7 years ago, I still cry and I can’t even imagine kissing a different man, let alone marry somebody else! Before he died, he said, I want you to be happy and meet someone new…..even with that, I feel I can’t do it. I consider myself still married. And when Jason said that Chad told him his kids were good at keeping secrets?! Those kids should not be allowed to testify if Prior calls them, for that statement alone. And how can 3 dead people be considered as simple situation?!

Here's a fun fact, l worked 300 km northeast of Yellowknife in tne Northwest Territories of Canada and one winter's night two of the Inuit men took me out to the farthest point to see the northern lights. It was beautiful. Then one of the men whistled and the northern lights started to dance. He said that if you whistle and the lights come down and touch the ground that it will take your soul into the sky! So he said you never whistle long or hard. Enjoy the sight of these beautiful lights.

    I sincerely want Mr Prior to do a good job defending Chad. The reason why?… because I don’t want any reason for Chad to get a mistrial or grounds for appeal.

  • @kateashby3066

    @kateashby3066

    3 ай бұрын

    that’s not what appeals are based on 99% of the time. Appeals review problems with the JUDGE primarily. Prior will submit a series of his objections that were overruled and argue that they should have been sustained and bc the ruling was unjust, it changed the course of the trial and made it unfair to his client. They will also look at evidence that was allowed in that should not be, per the rules of evidence. This is how Harvey Weinstein just won his appeal. The only way he could claim insufficient counsel is if his lawyer like completely forgot the law and made critical and obvious LEGAL (not strategic) mistakes that cost him his trial, and personally I’ve never seen that happen. Even with terrible lawyers, it’s not a thing unless the lawyer is beyond bad- they must be incapable of practicing law. Not just a poopy lawyer.

    I wanted to express to you how much your videos mean to me. A year ago I was sitting in my dad's living room as we were waiting for him to pass away. The ONE thing that gave me focus was the fact that I knew after all the chaos of the day with family & friends coming in & out all day, I would be able to lay down at the foot of my daddy's bed & listen to your calming voice. It has been said several times before how crazy it is to listen to murder documentaries or stories to find peace but it is true. Especially if you find someone with a calming voice like you. Someone who is detailed like you. And especially someone who is dedicated like you are to spend all this time away from your wife & kids just to report the information that people like me rely on just to hear your voice & to hear the story. So just know that you do make a difference. You are loved by so many. You are very good at what you do. And the most important to me is you do give me peace even in the hardest times of my life. Last year as I spent the last moments with my daddy & a year later as I remember those memories. You are a part of them. I still have difficulty with Idaho’s coroner setup. I live in Utah, my brother died when he was 36 in 1980. We weren't asked if the family wanted an autopsy and we didn't expect to be asked. You're informed it's the law: unless someone is elderly, or the person had a verified terminal illnes the decedent is going to have an autopsy.

They could’ve said she ran away, choosing to be free and and against the religion, many other things and maybe even get away with it for a few years before they got caught but what really set it off was JJ missing and having active grandparents in his life. That was their BIGGEST mistake thinking they wouldn’t care even with all the calls Kay and Larry where making to her even before he was murdered.

    He’s not a part of this trial! Please stop acting like he’s being insensitive. LORI is going on trial for Charles, not Chud. This trial is only about Tammy and the kids.

    The heart and lungs are a connected system. When one is damaged the other is damaged. If you have a bad heart the fluid will back up in your lungs. Conversely if you are unable to breathe the heart continues to pump blood to the lungs expecting that air will be there to oxygenate the blood. With the heart pumping strong but no air being delivered a serous fluid will leak into the lungs. RIP Tammy. It was so moving to hear her sister speak of her. It seems like her sister is the only one who misses her. God forgive her children for being perfectly fine with her death because daddy said it was meant to be.

    Obviously her dad and her other siblings miss her and her coworkers and other friends and family. I'm sure her children do, too; they're just brainwashed by their father like the other women who surrounded him were: Lori, Melanie P., Melanie Gibb, Zulema.

    Samantha you are incredible. Truly what bravery and complete injustice that you have had to be this part of your sisters justice. Whatever happens through going through this process I hope you know that you are simply remarkable in your devotion to your sister. Prayers, kind thoughts, and strength to you. I’m so very sorry you have had to go through this.

    This trial has revealed not only that Chad was the master manipulator and that Lori came second to him but also that he’s been manipulating his whole life. He thinks he’s going to manipulate the jury.

    Oh, yes, Nate is the best reporter. The time and effort he's put into this horrific story, from the beginning is astounding. I'm very impressed with his coverage, non biased, every detail covered. The time he's invested since following them with a microphone asking, where are your children, is commendable.

    Does anyone have a working theory on why Chad's children initially & currently will not speak with Tammy's side OR the Daybell side of the families??

    Because Chad runs his family like a cult and they are very well controlled.

    IMO they don't talk to their family because they want to keep their heads in the sand and live in denial that their father is a murderer. I think they are afraid to hear the evidence from their loved ones that proves that their Dad murdered their loving mother. I also agree that they are tightly controlled by their father who has forbidden them from speaking to their extended family because they are all dark and they are part of the frame job.

    Because they know some things especially Emma and garth it’s beyond burying their heads in the sand. One or two perhaps can be in denial but all of them? They don’t seem the least bit grief stricken about their mother. Nor are they surprised dead bodies were falling all over the place in regard to Lori and Chad. What kind of brain washing allows you not to question your father marrying some random woman two weeks after your mother is dead? Or saying your mother is lazy at her eulogy at her funeral and not wanting his name on his grave stone? That would mean Chad was teaching them family and their mother wasn’t important from their childhood… which doesn’t align with how close chad was with Jason family up until his crazy teachings. They may be controlled but they are not surprised Emma even tried to lie about the cause of her mother death.
