दिल्ली के शराब घोटाले में मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल की मुसीबतें काम नहीं हो रही है. राऊज एवेन्यू कोर्ट से जमानत मिलने के बाद भी केजरीवाल रिहा नहीं हो पाए. केजरीवाल की जमानत याचिका को ED ने हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी. हाई कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल की जमानत पारर रोक लगा दी थी, जिसके बाद वह रिहा नहीं हो सके. अरविन्द केजरीवाल को अभी तिहाड़ जेल में ही रहना पड़ेगा। हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि जब तक हम मामले की सुनवाई नहीं कर लेते तब तक निचली अदालत का आदेश प्रभावी नहीं होगा।
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's troubles in Delhi's liquor scam are not working. Even after getting bail from Rouse Avenue Court, Kejriwal could not be released. Kejriwal's bail plea was challenged by ED in the High Court. The High Court had put a stay on Kejriwal's bail, after which he could not be released. Arvind Kejriwal will have to remain in Tihar jail for now. The High Court said that the order of the lower court will not be effective until we hear the case.
