uk football, get 3 games a week for 90 plus minutes a game, and inbetween they train. They might get the odd day off here and there to relax. Not even adding up the media interviews, the fans harrasing them when they do get time off.

not all teams get 3 games a week, but alot of big clubs get 3 games a week at times. But 1 a week is crazy seeing they train and got to do stuff inbetween

It didn't show how France showed way too much respect to Portugal in the final of Euro2016 after Cristiano was taken off injured. France didn't even attempt to attack when Cristiano initially left the field to try and recover while it was 11 vs Portugal's 10 and when he permanently went off the second time France still didn't do anything. The whole incident hit France more than it did Portugal. Cristiano used his crying tactics to try and hit France with an emotional blow and it worked. Before kick-off I thought Portugal would win it, it had been that sort of lucky tournament for them but when Cristiano was taken off I thought France had a better chance. Of course Portugal retook the initiative the longer it stayed 0-0 which was a better scoreline for Portugal than it was for France. I knew again after it remained 0-0 for just another 20mins after Cristiano went off that Portugal would win. France got anxious as you'd expect playing in front of their home crowd they had to score in those immediate minutes after Cristiano was off the pitch but they showed too much respect and they paid the price for it.
