This is the first long use of the 25 Ton CountyLine Splitter.

I’m looking at the County Line and the Huskee brand, both available through Tractor Supply. I watched a video yesterday where a user actually built a wood mount for his County Line splitter. It look very solid. Ran the full length of his splitter providing protection for the motor unit and hydraulics .

I exclusively use wood stoves for heating, I have 6 altogether, 3 in the house even though one seems to heat the entire house, 1 in the guest house, 1 in my husband’s shop and 1 in my woodworking shop. Much more comfortable heat than from a furnace or heat pump

I’ve got the exact same splitter which I bought used 3 years ago. Shortly after I bought it the valve malfunctioned so I called the telephone number on the top of the ram. Told them what was happening and they sent me a brand new valve, no charge. One accessory You should look into is a log cradle or table that attaches to the splitter. You can get them right at TS, worth their weight.

That’s good to hear. Yeah the log cradle will definitely be coming soon. Does it seem like the TSC add on one holds up well I’ve never seen one in person just in videos.

Mine works great, I’m not throwing huge rounds up there but it’s a life saver from not having to continually bend over picking up the pieces that would otherwise fall to the ground.

The county line log table is a huge labor saver for catching logs after you split them. Especially the bigguns You’ll probably want the 4-way wedge too.
