Well, most just corollate ages with the time the country we know today was formed. I suppose Russia would actually technically be older than the USA, because though it’s flag, name, and political views have changed quite a bit over the last 100 years, the Russian mainland itself has been occupied and lived in by the Russians since the year 862. Now, I assume this wouldn’t work, because in the country human fandom, most countries have parents. And those parents are the flag before them. So the Russia most use, was the one formed in June 12th of 92. One thing that does doubt my understanding of this, however, is the fact that the United States has actually changed its flag many, many, times, throughout history. The flag we all know today, was only actually created in the 1950’s. The USA, originally, had decided to add one star and one stripe, for every new state they got. But they soon realized, that their flag would be freakishly long if they kept on adding stripes. So a new plan was made, to keep adding stars, but to keep the original 13 stripes to symbolize the original 13 colonies. The United States only had 48 stars before the 1950’s I believe. It was only when they got Hawaii and Alaska, that they added the 2 other stars. Now, besides all that. I do respect your opinion, and I won’t add in any ‘but it is a little…’. Though yes, I myself wouldn’t do that, you are not me. But I must agree with the fact that the picture(s) they chose were some downright eye strains. I think it should be illegal for those pictures not to hold a TW sign wherever it may fall into some tragic persons line of sight.
