He wasn't saying himself he was saying all the people that died before 21. Before that lyric he states "what's the 27 club, we ain't makin it past 21" referencing the 27 club, and saying "hey what about the 27 club-we aren't making it past 21 years old.

Worst mistake of my life is not discovering Juice quick enough. I used to listen to lucid dreams a few years back with my friend but never really knew much else about him. Godzilla dropped and I recognised the name and looked him up. Found out he had passed and made a promise that I would try and make up for it. The message was to everyone, he was trying to tell people about the terrible trend of young artist of higher recognition or "legends" dying at far to young of an age, due to drugs, violence or depression and how he didn't want to live to be older. When he said, "What's the 27 clu-u-u-ub? We aint making it past 21." He first refers to the people in the Kurt Cobain who died at 27, but then goes on to talk about the people who in the last 4 years who died at 21 mainly talking about, XXXTENTACION and Lil Peep.

If you're looking for more context, this song was mostly dedicated to xxxtentacion. The text messages shown in the background are messages between Juice and X before X's passing. The reference to the drugs in the chorus "last time it was the drugs he was lacing" is also a reference to Lil Peep. So sad now that he is no longer with us. RIP.
