I never realized how much work I still needed to do until I started recording. Live performance was ok and fun as FOH always puts it's own twist on things, but to hear the digital recording on a condenser microphone really made the difference and I knew I hadn't been practicing properly.

Clicking on this, I thought it would be some ridiculous video by some random KZread member. However, this appears to be very professional. I have worked with many singers, particularly in various chorus'. I live in Georgia, and I do have a bit of a country style when it comes to regular singing outside of chorus. I liked hearing your tips, and it gave me some things to think about.

What you're looking for is lessons on yodeling. It's a vocal break between your head voice and chest voice as you flip between them. In my case I've found that it only works for me in certain keys so you might need to move the key of the song around to find your comfortable break point.
