It's amazing how you go from something dark and almost formless to something alive and glowing in the light. Love all your paintings. Makes you feel you could walk right into the country life.

Hey Kevin, You "never cease to amaze me" with your painting techniques. I watch your videos, and, while doing so, I sometimes wonder why you paint highlighting(s) where you do. Then, the painting comes out nicer and more detailed in the right areas than I ever thought it would. I really love this painting, Mr. Hill. I admire and respect this method vs. the wet on wet method, I always ran into problems w it being too wet even tho I tried super light application of the magic white etc-the level of detail is amazing! Thank you Kevin! I did Cabin on the Hilltop from the dvd and it was a most rewarding experience! Thanks! Keep’em coming!
