This is so much like the tomato rice we make here in South India. Only that we throw in a handful of mint leaves to it. Everything else is much the same way you have prepared. It's such a comfort food to have it with yogurt. I am so inspired to try out the eggplant pickle.

Foods with tumeric or curry powder are much better with coconut cream than with yogurt or cow's cream.

Tomato rice must be a universal dish because we also have that here in Texas. We often add diced onion and diced green pepper to it.

There's sth serene about this video that genuinely made me feel so relaxed probably I've never been to any village & this vlog made me feel connected to the place l've never been to. Nature is truly a healer & you can only enjoy beauty of nature by living in a village. And also, Iran is one of my fav places; may be that's why this place felt like a heavenly place to me. Rustic life has its own charm for sure & this video is a prime example of it, l got fascinated by every lil thing I've seen in this video. A beautiful place it is indeed 🤌🏻💜✨
