I really like the 20s banknote.. its pretty aesthetic ^^ i use Euro myself, living in germany, and somehow it bugs me that the shops still have the old bank notes and whenever i count my cash i have a mix of old and new ones... so annoying

Yep, but we don't have 1 euro bill, we use a lot the coins and al lot of the coins have faces. In Spain the most common coins have faces on it.

I guess it mostly used in things like companies & bulk or expensive item purchases. My uncle has a car dealership and most people that pay in cash for a car would use bigger bills like the 200 or 500 ones.
