Counterweight Non-penetrating Roof Anchor
Ғылым және технология
The Counterweight Non-Penetrating Roof Anchor provides worker safety at heights where there is an occasional or temporary requirement to access flat roofs or structures.
The roof anchor is contained within an anchor device consisting of a galvanized steel frame and galvanized steel weights bolted in a circular formation onto rubber coated base weights.
In the event of a fall, the Roof Anchor deploys to limit the load on the system while the weights simultaneously create a friction anchor between the unit and the roof surface.

I can see Wylie Coyote doing that.
I assume it’s heavy. Who’s job is it to carry it over
hmm, yeah sort of what I'm looking for. I plan to replace screws in my steep metal roof, but all other systems out there seem to involve screwing through a roof. Not going to happen.

Jonathan Morris why not? That’s the only way it can be safely done
Simulation, shmimulation - let's see a demo of the real thing in action!
I guess most of you don't understand the concept of tie backs?
Guys that design this shit never roofed a day in their lives.
Ya yes!
What's the roof cap sheet? Built-up....it'll slide. PVC Membrane, it better be spotless. I'll give a nod to fall restraint. Fall arrest....unlikely, unless you have a perimeter parapet wall. A roof ain't a laboratory.
that doesn't look like 2000 lbs, that's what oh&s says is a proper counter weight for a 200lbs man
