Lost it to trying is about finding yourself in the lowest lows, the darkest darks, the heaviest heaviness. Feeling like you're at your wits' end. Standing in the middle of it all, not knowing how to find your way out.
The moral of the story, through all of this, is to keep reaching for the light, however dim it might seem.
