The place that you were looking for, the Police Heritage Centre, is that the new, fancy name for the police museum?

For a secure building there is lots of broken glass panels the staff must get a little bit violent with photography

For those who are unclear: This is the new Couter Terrorism Operations Centre (not command at the last officer said). It’s an extremely secure building, probably the most secure the Met has and is currently going through development. All the glass is bulletproof/blast resistant, it’s been made into a fortress from what it was previously. It is home now to police, MI5, MI6, GCHQ, etc. It is a new central base where all resources will come together under one roof. That’s why there is such unease around it being filmed. And as much as I love these videos, I do understand the need for discretion at such a place.
