Would it be a must to get Milia’s EE with atk? I think ive gotten like almost 100 of her EE but no atk set! 🤬

I actually believe her best set for pvp to be double anti defender set you would have to ask the math people but pvp is about cat1 vs cat1 res and anti-defender is cat 1damage next best set would be 1x atk set and 1x anti defender

for dive speed clears its special damage amp for everything else its either the special damage amp or just anything that gives more damage. You really can't go wrong gearing her. In pvp, it varies based on what you wanna do with her. Front line either hp or aspd and for terror special dmg amp or crit damage. You can try to use her as a sub dps with cdr but I don't believe that works well.
