Is it possible to make it a progress complete bar?

Yup! One of the new formatting options when a formula field is formatted to display a percentage is to show a progress bar. After choosing "Percent" as the field format, you should see a "Display as progress bar" toggle below it. Turning that on will give you a progress bar, but no number. To see the number, activate the "Display percent values" option that appears when choosing the progress bar option.
