This cat has got the cream . Two concerts on the one afternoon . I really would have enjoyed them all the more but my wife has a sour on . I did help around the house & went to the supermarket . Women

Good but for me not as great as the 1935/ 45 period with Lester, Walter Page, Freddie Green and Jo Jones and the 1955/65 one with Sonny Payne, Freddie Green and Eddie Davis .... the greatest band (with Ellington) ever

I did some research and I found a flyer for this concert. Drummers name is Gregg Field countbasie.client.jp/discography/at_carnegie_hall_81.html Never heard of him, nor is there really anything for him. Ashamed because he's a great swinging drummer.
