This is my love language!!! A completely independent farm. No overpriced csa. No gov regulation. No driving costs to farmers market. All this means more for you, your family, friends and community. This is the way to live!!! Folks will always need to drink, and eat. The trust you build with your community is SUSTAINABLE. My husband and I have 30 acres 1.5 miles from town. No grocery store within 45 minutes. All three of those are overpriced poisoned food. Everything happens for a reason. I believe we are here, in this moment, in this needy community to provide clean, healthy food and education. Food is medicine and right now, everyone is sick. 2024 is going to get crazy, what kind of crazy is up to us. Blessed day!!! 🙌🎆🌹🕊🌿

Mate, you have created not only a legacy for your family, but for other people who would inspire to do the same. In Australia I can’t believe there’s not more such farms - it’s like most people are asleep when it comes to good food, including the supermarkets.

4:49 I'm a market gardener and I'm starting to think market gardening is not long term sustainable. Really thinking about expanding and starting a CSA, but I'm scared, because change is always scary!

@@thomaskumpf8912 I am aware of that. I also saw he was selling strawberries that he obviously isn't growing on that small amount of land he has in operation. Nothing wrong with that, but he isn't growing those berries.

That’s what I heard and looks to be true. They also have pasture raised eggs. With the majority of their crops under plastic, they can maximize production.
