The error message is misleading. My problem was that I did not set all the variables in Photoshop to match all the columns in the csv file.

Replace the space between words with a comma. So in the first box put a space (you can copy it from the first line) and put a comma in the second box, then hit replace.

at 2:13 you can confirm the error cause. You can simply rename the CSV file or rename the sheet. The error will be gone.

Renaming file works for me. The reason of the error is when we try to save the file into CSV or TXT format, Microsoft Excel automatically rename the sheet same as file name that cause error while attaching dataset.

@@vga_studio You can rename your CSV or TXT file after you export from Excel. For example, Your excel file name is Test.exls and your exported file is Test.csv you can rename it to Test..CSV do any modification in the file and the problem will be solved.
