I've had a delay since I've been feeling sick, but I will definitely have Godzilla out early this month. A quick note. Obviously, Monarch can be scaled much higher going by the Monitors and Mxy's power, but it isn't his most consistent levels of power, and if I did use it, there would be no point in making the video. He definitely has evidence to imply that he has higher raw power than DBS characters, but there is no distinguishable "number" difference between him and other universal-multiversal characters, we just know that he is big stronk compared to them. The reason I said DBS might have greater raw power is because of the ludicrous power climbing which we know can easily be thousands, if not millions+ of times. For ex; SSJB Goku post-first UI trigger became far stronger than SSJB Vegito and Merged Zamasu. Potara is literally AxB, then stack the SSJB multiplier, and Goku surpassed that, on top of getting more zenkais after that. I didn't bring up Xenoverse/Heroes because the video would have been much longer and quite honestly, there is higher scaling for Monarch as well, so it wouldn't really matter. Although I could do a video on that in the future if you guys would like. Thanks for watching!

Judging the evidence we've seen of Monarch. I'll say he wins more times than not.

Very cool man. Good coverage on Monarch. That scene where he absorbs a group of Captain Atoms was lit, and definitely proves he casually stomps multiple Universe+ foes even when not at his peak. I would say realistically a conservative estimate of his power is low multiverse level, with a higher estimate being multiversal. Really in most cases if Monarch is equal or superior in power to any of the DB cast his hax, stamina and intellect will bring him the win over them. Although there are a few broken hax in DB that could pose serious problems for him. If we go with low multiverse level, I think he casually solos all DBZ/DBGT for sure, and should easily be able to beat SSJG BoG Goku even if we use the conservative low multiverse power, he would likely outlast SSJG Goku from BoG and be at least as strong if not stronger than him, but I think he comes to a stop against SSJB Goku due to raw speed and power since SSJB Goku should reach multiverse level and be faster. Although if we say Monarch is Multiversal, which you could as a higher end for him via scaling, I would say he could likely stop SSJB RoF Goku due to better hax and stamina, and at least equal power if not more, but then he is potentially getting outclassed by speed and power again with guys like Beerus, Fused Zamasu whos regen I don't see him getting around (in manga they confirm Beerus can't kill him with hakai, giving him regeneration from non existence, and in anime it is implied to since Whis and Beerus say they would need to seal him), Angels etc. who can casually stomp standard multiversal guys, and have some hax that would be a huge problem in some cases. So my conclusion is a conservative low multiversal Monarch beats SSJG BoG Goku, but gets outclassed once RoF Goku uses SSJB due to the power diffrence. A higher scaled Monarch who is multiversal could probably beat everybody up until GoD level, at which point likely the GoD level guys would start to equal or surpass Monarch's power again, they shouldnt be slower imo scaling from other world feat, and have several hax which would be very difficult for him to get around to, so he would get stopped probably by Fused Zamasu (giving him the regen stated in manga or using manga version), Beerus etc (with Hakai aura and raw power, speed, skill etc.) who are all both intelligent, have good hax and would at least be on par if not start to surpass Monarch in power, and speed wise they should surpass him to scaling from the other world feat or the infinite speed feats in DBS. So I think he gets stopped somewhere in the GoD level guys, especially if they work together if we use mulitversal level for Monarch. I know that he could possibly scale to the Monitors, but I see scaling him to their true forms as inconsistent and speculative personally. Of course if he was scaled to them then its not really a contest anymore so there wouldn't even be a point in the debate lol.

That unexpected "Yeet" audio clip had me rolling. Scale Final Fantasy

Let's see, Monarch already was universal to begin with but he absorbed 51 other Captain Atoms after beating them all simultaneously. Each Captain Atom could basically create or destroy a universe when breaking their limits. He added FIFTY ONE others to his power. He went toe to toe with Superman Prime(amped Superboy Prime) who tortured Mxy who is a 5th dimensional Imp. Zeno is 4D at best since, unlike Mxy, he can be duplicated by time and more than one exists over multiple time lines which means, in theory, a powerful enough matter, reality and time manipulator can erase him from time. Since Monarch controls the quantum field (which basically everything in the universe including time) so he'd have a chance at soloing. Every universe has a quantum field, even other fictional universes. Another thing, Monarch (like SBP) cannot be erased from reality do to immunity to reality warping, soul manipulation, time manipulation, etc. Basically the only way to beat him is with someone who has shown to be a higher multiversal or equal.

Well angels and grandpriest can casually manipulate matters,time and space . Subzero did nothing to base vegeta. Base goku went inside a blackhole. Beerus has hakai erasure and can destroy a universe. Zeno can erase multi verse.

Cool video, any character who can give Superman/boy Prime a good fight, is extremely powerful. Could you look into Strange Visitor Superman? For some reason no one did his power scaling.

Hey Chuck. Do you think we could get a video from you on ‘How powerful is Cosmic Armour Superman’? And possibly whether or not he can solo another verse that’s stronger than Dragon Ball Supers? Or how he would compare to something like the SCP Foundation or Cthulhu Mythos? You’re videos on Marvel and DC characters are always great 👍

The one thing about speed blitzing without the power to drop a character, as the super characters can clearly take a few hits from monarch before going down, is that speed blitzing tends to get predictable after two or three hits... and some of these people have limited precog. They just have to grab him and then it might go the way of that scene from invincible. I don't think it's too terribly likely any one of them does it, but he does have to go through several, and all it takes is one fuck up to lose momentum in a fight. Still, I, mostly, think you're on the money here. Good job sir.

The Beyonders can solo anyone in any universe. They destroyed the Marvel multiverse by themselves.

All they did was shoot energy blasts. It was such a poor show of what they were supposed to represent. If you want to see a real reality-bending battle, go read The Fury vs Mad Jim Jaspers, both of which would easily solo all of Dragon Ball, even the Angels and Zen'oh.

Because if one dragon ball universe is atleast 13 bigger then ours then basically then need like 100 universes destroyed to even destroy a dc universe, but Monarch destroyed at least mid-high multiversel dc feats wich basically means that Zeno needs to destroy a couple billion dragon ball universe to be the same as high multiversel dc feats

I know people shit on dragon ball for having like no stamina compared to other animes or verses, but the forms they’re using are an insane power boost, Love the video

Zeno is above the angels and the gods of destruction are under the angels you could scale them inbetween. And I guarantee they won’t be above zeno

Lol grand priest goku tbh I feel like mui is more hack then powerscaleing, its depicted as a divine mastery of martial arts where speed is less of a factor due the somewhat precognitive nature of it. I think it was literally described as always making the "right move," but I'm not sure if that was just a breakdown of mui I was watching or if I got that directly from canon.

Great review but more then Zeno I think the Great Preist would be the one to give him problems since he can actually fight. Monarch is a top villain for me in comics and in general.
