Rayquaza is my favorite fire type member of kabus team

This just how that Kabu experience was something very important for him to even battle on the same level to younger competition with advantage against his own Pokémon. Evolving and gathering these supplies for something these pokemon, it would alot of time to train and strategizing still to this day. I guess he isn’t much blazing brilliant eternal flame but a old candle bright but if it isn’t lucky easily can go out with a simple drop of water.

I feel for Kabu, having recently done the challenge on Shield with only Scorbunny and with no DLC. I recall having to grind to 70 just for Melony, mainly for gigantamax Lapras (that max geyser does way too much, and eiscue is a thing, good thing double kick breaks ice face). And then to 95 (with a 50 Clefable) for Raihan.

Please make a video on ' Could Pokemon Journeys' Ash Become Champion of Galar?' It would be really cool to see Ash's Journeys Team fighting Raihan and Leon as it's his main goal in the Journeys anime.

Great idea but there is no mega evolution in Pokemon swsh, so no mega lucario in the team. But still good to see gmax Pikachu or gmax gengar in the team.

Fun trick regarding sizlipede, catching a flash fire vulpix/growlithe on the same route and making it the lead of your party makes your encounters 50% fire, upping sizlipede's encounter rate. Usually way faster that way when I want to use one in a galar run

I think it’s pretty in-character for Kabu to be able to beat Nessa even with the type disadvantage. He’s a very talented trainer and he’s canonically the strongest of the first three, considered the first permanent roadblock for many challengers. I don’t know about Raihan though, Raihan is almost Leon’s equal. This was a fun video though! I love Sword and Shield and its characters tbh.

Kabu made his granddaughter proud. (By his granddaughter I mean Flannery because it's a theory that Kabu is Flannery's granddad)

As someone who played Omaga Ruby with a team of only fire pokemons I was looking forward to a Kabu challenge. And yes a Ninetails with Solarbeam was how I beat Wallace. Loved the video and looking forward to the next one.

If you have a Pokémon with the flash fire ability at the front of your party, the chances of finding a sizzilipede shoot up to like 50% I think

Even though our fiery man can't pull it of, this was a great video. Awesome commentary on the battles, well done!

Good news everyone, there's now at least 10 (not including unevolved pokemon) fire type pokemon in the grand underground, which seems catchable midgame. Actually, doing more research, as I don't own it yet, it's available after the first gym... which first off holy shit, there's more than 2 fire types, but also before the grass gym? The new guys be putting in work, and I'll eventually know their names, as I'm bad with those.

oh hey, found this after doing a fire monotype run in sword myself. yeah. I had so much trouble with Gordie too I regretted picking sword SO MUCH. (and we don't talk about Nessa...) but yeah, my battle against Leon was fucking legendary. (if only Kabu had gotten an idea from Gordie and grabbed a Coalossal...)

I wanted a Sizzlepede asap in my first Sword run and had to deal with those 1% odds. It sucked so hard. Also Kabu is pretty handsome ain't he
