I love your videos bro, keep up the good work! I personally don't think scaling off Lighting max is a great speed feat. If you look at the statements, it says that it's either like lighting or " kicks so fast that they could be mistaken for a flash of lightning." And I still don't believe in Genos dodging those lasers was light speed. Also the genos shooting the house of evolution has an updated version which includes fragmentation, pulverization, and vaporization; but as a whole, I'd say it's in the multicity block + - large town level, which isn't so far off from small city level.

In the audiobook, we learn that Metal Bat without Pumped Up mode survived for three minutes against Carnage Kabuto in a simulation. That same Carnage Kabuto gave Darkshine a high-diff fight, with Darkshine being able to take hits from multi-continental Golden S. Metal Bat also one-shot Senior Centipede, who Murata confirmed Genos at the time could not have damaged despite being able to one-shot Deep Sea King at this point, who survived a stronger Incineration Cannon than the one that destroyed the mountain. And Garou was countering hits from a more Pumped Up Metal Bat than that. So he should scale to multi-continental levels. All Might should also scale to light speed, due to Star and Stripe being stated equal to him and being able to grab lasers with her hands that are actual laser cannons from American bombers. So yeah, All Might and Garou should be similarly fast but with Garou just having WAY too much power based on the audiobook.

Question: With Garou being faster than AM and his martial arts being specifically designed to re-direct his opponents hits back at them, couldnt he just do that the entire fight making AM damage himself since all he has is physical attacks? AP for garou becomes irrelevant at that point since he could just focus on defense which would also serve as his form of doing damage. Just a thought tho but personally I don't have garou winning until the point you mentioned as well.

@Jsipki265 Nah it was partly due to AP and also because dark shine had fought against Bang so he had some experience with the martial arts that Garou was using. AM wouldn't have that experience and he's a novice compared to garou when it comes to martial arts.

What you forgot to factor in is Garou's ability to adapt to his opponent. If All Might goes beyond, he would likely adapt to that power before All Might could stop him or evolve some way to put All Might down first. I see this actually going pretty similarly to the Darkshine fight, but with significantly more damage to All Might, even if he CAN stop Garou.

You take a clear hyperbole about Lighting Max "lighting speed" and then instantly dismiss Radio Waves from Shigi being FTL with no evidence. Alright. One thing though, you could use Stars and Stripes to upscale All Might since she dodged those Radio Waves (calced at 79% FTL) and she says she cannot be as strong as All Migh meaning All Might (at absolute bare minimum) is 79% FTL.

Bro! Love the mha content. The scaling is pretty wild when you get further into it. I’m say some of it, but I’m gonna yap ngl. Also spoilers: Like aoyama’s lasers. They do act like laser, are stated to be comprised of light, behave like lasers, reflect off of hagakure, etc etc. but that doesn’t mean like season one mha is light speed. Nobody ever actually reacts to his lasers in that period other than like Mina only in the anime, but that’s not canon and likely very clearly just aim dodging. Past this point tho, we see characters like Nine from the second movie react to his lasers after they’ve been fired which has been calc’ed at ftl. Nine himself shoots beams that I believe Deku dodged repeatedly and might’ve questioned about being lasers, but I could be wrong. The only other person who reacts to aoyama’s lasers is hagakure since she redirects his beam a couple times given the fact that he powers work by refracting “light.” This is herself at the end of the story, and even though it might be hard to believe that even at her best she can even react to lasers at all, she also goes on to do the same thing with a charged laser attack from literally All For One, so it’s very likely she’s just pretty fast. She’s likely still slower than the high tiers, since the students at this point scale to a relevant level in strength but mostly still below the top tier pro’s. Stars and Stripes and an incomplete shigaraki both react fast enough to catch lasers during their fight, and that feat was calc’ed at sub relativistic. In the arc just before this, shigaraki’s was stated to be almost as strong as all might, which more than likely is referring to all might when out of his prime who is stated to be 60x weaker than his prime self. Deku while going all out was rapid fire blitzing the shit out of this incomplete shigaraki nonstop. Characters that scale to the high tier are essentially the “out of prime all might” level characters. This should include out of prime all for one, endeavor, Stars and Stripes, incomplete shigaraki, and hawks (in speed). Endeavor while #1 gets his speed gassed up by Bakugo who has seen all might fight when out of his prime, and this endeavor fight the high end nomu Hood who is stated more powerful than the nomu all might fought at the USJ. Hawks stated that he can’t equate the ap of the characters on endeavor’s level, but can equate them in speed. Hawks is shown reacting to a laser from all for one while exhausted which was calc’ed at ftl. So even out of prime all might should still be ftl when going all out. The top tiers then include prime all might and prime all for one. Bakugo by the end of the story is arguably like at least around here, too I suppose if not in the tier just below this at worst. This top tier scales 60x the high tiers according to all might’s statement in the USJ against the nomu, and so this multiplier would also apply to any feat from any character weaker than like endeavor. The god tiers of the verse are literally just peak shigaraki and deku who scale above everyone else without compare when they actually try. Between who’d between them in an all out fight to the death, it’s actually pretty up in the air even after the fight ended. It could go either way based off of contradictory statements, and it seems like they’re just extremely relative if not for external context and motivations. At this point shigaraki is stated equal in physical stats to even prime all might, while also having all the quirks of all for one. Deku is still equal to him with just his base one for all physical enhancements and additional vestige quirks. Deku’s gearshift is described to increase the speed of whatever he touches by bringing capable of completely ignoring the laws of inertia. We see him show this ability by being capable of instantly going from top speed to a halt instantly mid air as they describe this. Ignoring inertia this way while moving would instantly accelerate an object to the fastest attainable speed in the universe which would more likely than not be at least light speed lol. Deku then stacks his base enhancement of one for all on top of this and is then stated to go so fast that he bends the very laws of “physics” or “reality” around his body as he travels. So this gives Deku a very niche set of physics based hax resistance. It’s kinda hard to show that in a manga, but they had Mirio look in shock as Deku was doing this while saying that the impacts from deku’s punches were delay from how fast he’s actually hitting. I’ve seen people try to somehow downplay this to supersonic, but the speed of sound has been level in the mha verse for a long time, and the highest tier character I’ve seen get gassed up for this endeavor by Bakugo when Bakugo describes endeavor being faster than sound. Mirio himself is also way too fast to be gassing up super sonic feats from the fastest guy in the verse. He then stacks his other quirks on top of this like Fa Jin and calls it “gearshift overdrive.” Deku at his peak whether with the logistics of gear shift or by upscaling 60x times over the ftl feats in the series should be within the mftl territory. It shouldn’t even be that hard to believe since he is the fastest in the verse and it’s the series’ climax. Deku in the third movie dodges lasers shot at him which people have calc’ed at ftl if you wanna believe that. If you don’t agree with deku being ftl at the point of the movies, then the laser dodging feats can just mean they can react to light but aren’t ftl, and can just be support to make the higher tier characters’ ftl scaling easier to believe. As for some interesting hax all might also has, yeah you mentioned the fate manipulation, but he also showed some very low level sensory abilities in the vigilantes manga. He called it his “might sense” and it tingled whenever crime was going on even while he was at home ready to take a nap lol. At best this is a partial manifestation of the precognition “danger sense” quirk that Deku later gets. It’s prolly not the most useful thing combat wise since he never brings it up later and prolly doesn’t even have it out of his prime, but it’s cool to mention. Current Deku is like moon level from scaling significantly above the multi-continental inferno cumulonimbus cloud created by the convection current generated from the massive heat from the Dabi vs todoroki family fight. Deku far exceeding this feat is support by Deku literally accidentally one shotting this cloud with his final attack while nerfed and exhausted with no additional quirks to such an extent that from Japan to the United States there was clear but exceptionally windy weather even a week after his punch. Even before this feat, the highball’s for Deku got him to like small planet by upscaling 60x over certain feats with the support of this being shigaraki getting stated multiple times to be a threat to the actual planet and not just like the world as a society which he was already damaging. But this is just a high ball rn. Prime all might being like continental or large country level or something is fairly consistent calc wise and story wise given Deku is like moon level. So if you wanted to say that out of prime all might was like country level, that should be fine, and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen his first feat against the sludge monster in the first chapter get calc’ed to this level anyway. More consistent than island level imo, especially since he has attacks far stronger than this such as his United States of smash. Cool matchup with garou, w conclusion, can’t wait for more.

No bias.If we’re talking about the Garou that was Hero hunting in Season 2 he gets bodied.All Might is outright able to react to all for one’s light beams and so is Hawks and Endeavor and that was a weaker All Might.Althrough id say when All Might fights like Darkshine or Flashy Flash n PS then that’s the version where Garou starts winning no debate.Most ppl in these comments are biased though.

I think what could allow Garou a better fighting chance is his last full human form. Where he covers his hair in his blood and gets his red eye. I still think this garou is human, but his adrenaline has been pushed to the max. Now, I don't think this would last long, maybe 15 seconds at most. But this attack was so strong that both Bang and Bomb jumped out of the way. If Garou could get a few hits into All Might with this boost in strength before he passes out, it could be just enough to put All Might out for the time. If Garou can hit All Might where his injury happened, I think that just about seals the deal for him. (Just barely).

Since Garou has enough AP to put Tank top Master down, enough speed to contest upgraded Jacket Genos, and skill to deflect Metal Bat's gradually stronger attacks (Metal Bat's ability is becoming stronger the more pump up or determined he is), he should at minimum cripple All Might if he takes advantage of All Might's injury

prime all might could be a whole different story but since you're using early seasons old all might on this fight, you may have completely forgotten about all might's time limit due to his past injury. even if garou couldn't k.o. all might, I think he could outlast the latter's time limit with sheer determination like how he was still scrapping with bang, bomb and genos while poisoned at low hp as well as the events in the manga(around the darkshine fight). also, while all might may be able to go over 100%, but that'd also mean he has to also deal with over 100%(and double it) of his own power getting redirected back at him due to garou's wsrs fist. as all might is a brute force brawler with no special martial arts techniques, I don't think he has any answer against it.

The real question is: would he want to?

They call it that because it sounds cool, they are not actually lightspeed. On the other hand, you have a character in opm that fights genos literally say that he could dodge light speed attacks. That is the difference.

Are you using USJ AM? AM isn't slower than this Garou. The Deku that dodged and used Faux Fajin blitz the superhuman bullet which was then super charged even further, it's by default going like 5000 mph x whatever her charge was, while Deku being blocks away and move fast enough where rain was frozen in place. AM is light speed as even a weaker AFO was able to move and traverse at said light speeds. Darkshine isn't even close to a weakened AM and he kept up with a boosted Garou. Let alone Prime AM who is now Continental plus. With FTL stats.

Garou would probably transition into Monster Garou after almost getting a near death experience by powerful opponents such: Yuta Okkotsu, Sukuna, Gege Suguru, and even Gojo Satoru. But Monster Garou is a bit more powerful in some aspects, however he will still have to continuing adapting to special attacks and characters, especially domains and other specific moves. Cosmic Garou would technically be too much as you said, so it’s overkill.

He’d have to rely on his weather changing movies maybe copying deku’s move set but even then Garou still wins against prime all might overall the monster in op are more dangerous than the villains of my hero especially if u compare the top tiers to one another

Prime Almight that can flat a mountain with a ridiculous strength on his size vs Garou who have a spiral pattern I think is the closest fight we can see however we cannot downplay Almight since he able to defeat All for One who have a ridiculous amount of quirks and Strength rival to Almight but he able to splash off its head so the might be High Diff for Spiral Garou or either a draw

Why didn't you mention his adaptation? These videos are good but inconsistent. When you did Garou vs Invincible, Garou won but when you did Garou vs All might have didn't. Why didn't you include one of his main powers that is adaptation?

People have to remember that "Cities" in OPM aren't cities like in our world, they are basically Small to Mid sized countries. Sonic Speed Blitzing DSK is crazy since DSK speed blitzed Lightning Max. Human Garou was able to take down Darkshine who is arguably like All Might except more durable which you stated. I would say pre-Monster Association Garou could lose since All might is probably Lowmid-S Class. All-Might would beat the likes of PPP and Tanktop and probably BOS Genos but that's it. Im not entirely caught up on mha scaling, but if this where prime almight then i think hed be able to get much further, especially if we take into account allmight by his own admittance was about 60 times stronger in his prime For reference, that would put allmight in the country level range, as for his speed mha speed scaling is pretty confusing, theres decent arguments for light speed scaling but honestly its iffy at times

It's not reality warping, it's either adrenaline or plot armor, which, both of wich would be even more available to both. There is no evidence for either All Might or Deku being able to warp reality, if we analise the win even with the future sight predicting failure in the overhaul arc, we will find that yes indeed somebodies quirk manipulated fate, the quirk was called REWIND, not ONE FOR ALL. Therefore All Might loses. His higher than one hundred percent is just like a person IN REAL LIFE would do if told to give it 110%. Real world phenomina doesn't count as reality warping.
