I thought the same, what is going on with this property? the view is magnificent, the interior itself is beautiful, for 60000 euros? I think that probably is a foundation problem, maybe a topographic inspection found that is starting to fall(?). Well, good luck to the buyer.

there is any foundation problem, the only thing now is that thee is no water, but the house structuraly is good...

What's behind the large red gate you see at the beginning of the clip? Is that access to a neighbouring property? This house has been on the market for years & it looks to be an absolute bargain & I'm amazed nobody's snapped it up yet.
