I can totally relate to rewatching old shows, especially if it’s on in the background. I LOVE watching old Gardener’s World or anything with Monty Don, for that matter. I love how you turned around an unexpected day and still managed to get outside and make the most of it. This is reminding me I have to replenish my own veg department 😂. Also thank you for being open and sharing! For me I notice when the weather/light dips and I’m under stress my pre-menstrual week is rough as far as fatigue. Everything (especially socializing and errands) feels more laborious and exhausting.

I love to watch the movies from "Rosamunde Pilcher" and "Inga Lindström" (Christiane Sadlo) particularly in autumn - they are German movies, but take place in Sweden actually. And besides a romantic love story they show the beautiful Swedish landscape, which I enjoy watching a lot. The scenery is so relaxing and like vacation for the brain. Do you have these too in Sweden? Maybe we Germans just copied from you?

The more I observe what is going on at different times of the month the more I can see how things intertwine. Suddenly things make a little more sense. I ate at that restaurant the other day but was very disappointed when I learnt that the vegan dish I had wasnt actually vegan. And the staff didnt seem to care about it, for me this was a big deal. I was so happy to find another place to go to here in Malmö but I dont dare to visit the place again unfortunately. Everyone can make mistakes but they didnt seem to care about it.

What a lovely video you made! So calm and nice… sorry to hear about your PMS, have you tried evening primrose oil? It’s great to relieve the PMS symptoms. And about cosy tv, Northern Exposure is still one of the best tv shows to rewatch.

I found a book with CBT exercises and strategies relating to PMS really helpful. 👍 Maybe the two together will give me superpowers in coming with my hormones!
