This man is spot on! I agree with the whole video. NO, Cyprus aint that cheap anymore and will get progressively more expensive. I recommend to buy some property/land/house/flat... as prices are already getting out of control. I managed to grab some land outside of larnaca about 15-20 years ago and fast forward to today the prices tripled if not quadrupled.

Hi. It's cheaper to live in Paphos. I pay 375 euros a month for a lovely one-bedroom apartment on a complex with a communal pool. It includes all bills except electric. With electric, it averages about 400 euros/month. I spend 40-50 euros a week on food shopping. Of course, there are properties that cost more in Paphos, but I know of folks who spend less than me on rent, and they're nice apartments.

@@bradyXTv Other places in Cyprus are arguably and indeed livelier, but I think there's as much or as little going on in Paphos as one wants there to be. I prefer the quiet life and I have it, but my neighbour goes out most days. It's what you make it.

Good video! Thanks to the author of the channel for this fascinating video! It is interesting to see how people live in other countries! It is very important to know foreign languages on such trips. I would like to recommend to all travelers a practical guide to learning foreign languages by Yuriy Ivantsiv "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages". This book contains a lot of useful tips on how to learn a foreign language for tourists, students, entrepreneurs and anyone who needs a foreign language in life. There are a lot of good tips on how to solve problems with the language from beginner to advanced level of language learning. It turns out that the traveler only needs to know a few dialogues and you can easily travel around the world! You don't have to spend a lot of time to fully learn a foreign language, you just need to learn what you can use when you travel. I wish everyone exciting travels!

1:59 i tell you what it is. In Cyprus is to much Speculations for better times in the Market but the Fundamentals looks worster the market have calculate it. In matter of Fact the Situation is like a ugly old Prostitut sell here Body 10:1 wide over the Value with the Value of a Young Bombshell. The Market pay the price so long as in other Areas Germany,UK, France is the Demand high. In this Time where a Crisis break out in Germany, UK and France the Spekulation will shrink in in Factor 1:10
