Deglaze the pan with 2 cups white wine. This way you loosen the fonds where all the flavor is. Add in bones. And enough water to just cover the bones slightly, and the fond glaze as well. The difference is extremely minimal. You might experience slight increase in inflammation if you eat a lot of it. Other than that they are both essentially the exact same. Sugar and carbs will increase your inflammation much worse though. However I do buy organic but will still eat grain fed no problem at all.

Rice is not bad for u the other 3/4 of the world eats primarily rice as their grain of choice and they have one of the healthier diets. U likely have seen a article about how rice is bad for you in high consumption but that amount of consumption is far more than what you will eat in a day and fun fact any food eaten in high consumption is bad for you

maybe start using organically grown food so you stop ingesting things as glyphosate (roundup) together with the fact that organically grown food gets exposed to more types of nutrients, anti-oxidants and vitamins compared to the select few nutrients in a synthetic line.. there is a reason rockwool grown tomatoes taste so watery compared to organically grown ones

I was a butcher at a slaughterhouse for quite a while and all of the grass-fed cows were weak and sick and their meat is slimy and gross. It was practically gray and not firm at all like beef should be when its been bled. Cant imagine its healthy to eat. They were the only ones happy to be at that slaughterhouse
