Looks interesting, but I am glad to hear your assessment of the bland flavor. Was the spread garlicy or spicy in any way? Was the last shot of the sandwich after air frying and was that the cheese oozing out or was that the dijon mayo? Also, it is a conflict because the deli prep dept has a half turkey sandwich with a side of Caesar salad. And they also have the roll ups, so you would have to make a choice. I dragged my feet trying the roast beef and I'm disappointed now I can't try it.

So the sun dried tomato spread looks like it could be spicy with the redness and chunks of spices/herbs in it but it really just added a light “tomato taste” if even. It doesn’t add much flavor imo even though it’s the first thing you notice when you look at the sandwich for the first time. It’s actually a good thing though it’s not overpowering in a way. And yes the last picture is a comparison of air fried and the original sandwich. Air fried on the right. What’s melted is the cheese. They put the mustard/mayo spread at the bottom under the lettuce, and you don’t really see it. Good luck with your taste adventures!

@@kipjamw imo this is better than the roast beef sandwich, and at its price point it’s on par with other sandwich places like Subway, Jimmy John’s, Potbelly ect.

$6.99? Pass. I rather use that money on a rotisserie chicken or get 2 cookies.
