You guys have built up my morale and taken away my fears of starting a building project. Something i thought was impossible to start and the funny thing is that I've been deceived over the years by friends that have completed building projects like this by quoting huge humongous amount of money that it cost them which by your clear and transparent detailed step by step explanations makes it easy to start a project. As someone that lives in the United States i would have completed similar project like this in real time because i have lavished money on certain things that have cost more than this in the past. Friends won't tell you the exact amount it cost them. Some will tell you it cost them $300 to $400M to build a 5 bedroom duplex like this which scares me a lot for the sake of having an abandoned project half way but with videos like this, I'm very much inspired and motivated to start ASAP.. Serves the same purpose as the normal fascia but is more durable and aesthetic, can be formed in different shapes and sizes to depict the character of a building and so on…

Oh, I'm not a building professional. Both living spaces are quite functional coz their staircases are not in the living room. Option A has 3.6x2.5m entrance porch and 4.1x2.2m ante room. Option B has entrance porch , no ante room but there's 1.5m entrance lobby width.

@@Good-dh3nx then I would choose option A, having an ante room is more luxurious than not having one and the fact it is just 5sqm bigger suggests the spaces are better utilised… cheers!!!!
