What you want to study, UG ? If yes, you can. Be sure you know very good french. Without it it's difficult. Here all the UG are mostly thought in french.

Hello brother, Congratulations on your offer, you will receive in your hand net 4375€ p/m. It will be sufficient for the family to maintain. And taxes I think you will pay nothing coz you are the only one who works. I think so not sure. You can consult with your company.

What will be the average salary for 8.6 years software engineer in Paris ? What will be the approximate monthly expense ? Any help on answering these questions are appreciated brother
