Cost of Living in New Zealand Tips How To Lessen your Expenses Pinoy Vlog New Zealand AveNZ Family
Guys ito na ang hinihintay po ninyo.
We would like to share with you kung magkano nga ba ang mga gastusin namin dito sa New Zealand.
Have a good day at mag-ingat po tayong lahat

Of course, it needs to be legal, as otherwise, you will run the risk of facing the law that might cause your deportation. And if you are a naturalised citizen, it might cause the withdrawal of your citizenship on the ground that you failed to abide with the law with which you've sworn to obey.

But NZ is a nice place to raise a family though. The environment is clean, people are warm and friendly, and everything is in order. There is also free stuff here, like the fresh air that he breathes. Oh, I can give your husband free veggies because we only give away our veggies---sayotes, kamote leaves, capsicum, bitter melon leaves, & some fruits like plums, oranges from our backyard. We don't sell our veggies and fruits just like other pnoys, because we don't pay rent. Our property is free hold.

Informative , great video. So, yung Auckland, para San Francisco. Si Tita Jo sa Tracy California nakatira one hour from San Francisco, mas mura dito sa Tracy California dahil para kami nakatira sa probensya, kaso commute to work is Malayo, almost 1 hour to work . Thanks for sharing .

Thanks Very informative! Wow parang SFO pala dyan everything expensive ang way of living. So the only place na we can afford to buy a house is 2 1/2 hours away from San Francisco. So your Tita Joann and I neighbors kami she’s like an hour away from my house 🏡 mas malayo sa City mas mura ang houses.

But if she intends to do a home service, she should still declare that as an income with the IRD. And if she does not declare it, she might get a penalty for defeating the govt of taxes. It's called tax evasion and it's a criminal offence. The govt will discover her non declaration in the long run, and this might cause her problem when she applies for any kind of visas.

You can perhaps negotiate with the owner or agent. But that thing is personal to you, & burdensome for the real owner of the rented property to undertake. I doubt if that is even feasible, imo.

Depending on how many rooms will you be renting, and also, on the place, plus if your pay/wages/salaries will allow you to rent expensive house. If you choose Auckland, rent here is expensive.
wala po ba wet market same d2 sa pinas idol

There is. It's called Flea Market, where you can buy veggies, fruits, cooked food, etc. at a cheaper price. However, you cannot use card to pay for what you buy. The vendors accept only cash.

You call it here as flatting. I guess it's now ranging from $200 up, exclusive of power, water, electricity or Internet. But bills on electricity or Internet would depend on your landlord, whether he will ask you to pay a share of the bills or not, & sometimes, the landlord doesn't ask you to share the bill for water.
magkano ang rate per day nyo dyan?.. may maipon pa kaya sa mga price dyan sa NZ?.. enough po ba kaya ung daily rate mo sa cost of living dyan?
@cherrub27
Жыл бұрын
The starting minimum wage is $22.10/hr, and depending on the role that you hold. And as for savings, that too, would be dependent on how you handle your money. Just saying.
heloo po pwede po bang matanong kung sa flatting po pwede po bang magsama ng isang anak or sa isang bedroom po dalawa po kami dun nung anak ko ?
@cherrub27

Depends on the landlord as to how many people she/he would allow in a room.
Hello po, pwede po ba magsponsor ang husband kahit on process plng ang work visa niya?
@cherrub27
Жыл бұрын
Hello, you actually have to have a visa to be able to sponsor, because that's where your sponsorship is anchored from.
Hi there, thanks for sharing, very informative. I didn't capture yung car payments nyo per month and could you advise the monthly total of your groceries? :)
@cherrub27
Жыл бұрын
Car payments would entirely depend on your choice, whether you want it payed longer than the terms that were being offered to you or you want it shortened to save you from paying interest on the loan, & also, that would entirely depend on your capability to pay. In my case, when I bought my car, I was being offered 3 years to pay it with a minimum of weekly payment of $50. As I don't want longer payment terms because of the interest, plus I felt that I couldn't breath, so I payed $200 weekly. And in a matter of one year, I wiped out my car loan. But that's just me & that's how I handle my finances.
@cherrub27
Жыл бұрын
And, for the groceries that would also depend on what your needs are. In our case, we are a family of three, we could spend $300 fornightly, and these amount would not suffice to complete what we need in our household. And we could still spend a couple of dollars before the next grocery day.
May natitira pa ba kayo sa sarod nyo
ilongga ka maam?
Hello, mam...usually kapag nakadating n Po sa NZ paano Po Makakuha Ng car loan?
@cherrub27
Жыл бұрын
It would depend on the visa you hold. However, from my understanding, most car companies are now offering a car loan even to a holder of a work visas. All you need to do is, you visit any of them, and express your intent to avail car loans. You will need to bring your passport or drivers licence for them to check your background, as well as for them--to process your loan. And if upon verification that your character/credit is good & you can be trusted with paying the loan, you can right away walk with the car on the same day. I hope th this helps.
Ano po work ninyo dalawa ng husband nyo ma'am? Kasya po ba Ng budget pag isa lang may work? Planning to bring my family soon in NZ..tatlo kami
@cherrub27
Жыл бұрын
Your question is too personal for them to answer. But since I would like to impart my knowledge in approaching things that I was constrained to answer the comments here to help others understand how life must be lived in an entirely new world/surroundings. Well, Budgeting is something that you should be able to handle well, especially if only one in your family will be working. You need to consider the bills that you have to pay--weekly rent, monthly water and electric bills, internet, petrol, fares (if you will be using public transport--you need to have a hop card to be able to travel cheaper rather than paying in cash, which is expensive), expenses for food, etc. Anyway, all the best.
