Welcome to Japan. Indian Groceries are available here. It will look expensive compare to India but the prices are reasonable. You can buy the grinder from India. Respective to mixer - it is manage with Japanese mixer / juicer for basic stuffs.

Regarding saving . It all depends on person's expense and planning . In case of bachelor if planned well they can save nearly 1L per month . In case of family , with one person salary much cannot be saved if 2 people in a family earns can save quite well by planning well

Japan opportunities are usually for intermediate level. Freshman are thro' campus interview. You have already persued N3. Focus on japanese & gain some experience. Securing job will be very easy. Also keep trying off campus jobs since you having JLPT certificate.

Let me consider u r staying in shared house , in tokyo it ll be around 40k ~60k yen 2 . Utility bills : ~10k or more 3. Food : if u are eating all 3 times outside , minimum u ll end up to 40k yen 4. Train expense for outside within tokyo surrounding : ~10k yen 5. Phone and internet: ~5000 (based on the plan and network u chose ) Rest others depends on ur activity . So appr u ll be needing 130k ~150k per month in tokyo

I ll advice to search for accomodation outside tokyo so that rent might be reduction nearly 30-40% compared to main tokyo . So u can save.

This is for 3 member family . Parents + one kid . . For 2 kid only school fees and some food cost may increase from this estimation . But for smaller kids u ll get allowance from govt

To be frank . Mostly yes, u need japanese . Very few companies doesnt require japanese but u need to be very stuffed . And for such job more competition will be there from all over world . And need to pass many screening interviews . For e.g Just try Rakuten career.

If we are living in Japan then there are chances to get Job as english teacher. But trying from india as fresher for english teaching profession is very challenging. Moreover many native speaking countries has holiday visa where they can visit japan without a job & can search job. So native speakers & ppl already living in Japan has more opportunities as English teacher based on my experience.
