Location is the main thing. But I’d say $100,000 min. Maybe you can get it all done for $150,00 pending on lot size as well.

The cost details of these particular project was a bit sketchy because most of the materials for construction where supplied by the client, so we could only give an estimated amount that this project cost from experience, unlike like other projects that we could give exact amounts that was spent.
