I've used the CBA a number of times as my recovery has progressed. It is interesting to see how it changes - from my first time at an in-person meeting when my entire focus was on breaking patterns that led to my relapse. Now i am more focused on rebuilding relationships and more honestly addressing my core issues.

Curious are you still sober? My CBA always comes back to the drink outweighs the costs
