Two thoughts nearly the whole video: great work (and great looking, both the costumes and the wearers), and that holy crap that armor would be useless! Granted, fairly standard female cosplay armor, but still...

I like how 95% of these are the typical "my eyes are up here" cosplay..

Unexpected, but not unwelcome. But the part of me that knows how weapons work is crying inside. No, not about the skimpy "armor." Those swords are all terribly designed. And that arrow. What's with that?

+terebiomimasu No real guards on the swords, for one. Though, come to think of it, maybe they're supposed to look like a Roman gladius, which was a real sword that thousands of soldiers used. That may be appropriate considering many of these cosplays seem at least partially Greek/Roman inspired. And it may be unfair to say that a Roman-esque weapon looks stupid compared to a later European one. After all, we don't all drive around in Model Ts. Still, I believe the gladius was intended for use with a shield and possibly as a backup to a spear, not to be dual-wielded. All in all, I suspect these to be painted Nerf swords, and the armor isn't the only thing lending to the "fantasy-cosplay-not-practical-weaponry" vibe. It looks cool, though. If I wanted to completely avoid historical/scientific/practical/etc inaccuracies, I'd have to avoid art completely. I like art.

+leadfoot9x Oh yeah! Guards! Heck, even light sabers have guards. Haha. And now that you mention a shield, yeah, I think he would've looked awesome with a shield/sword combo.
