he's putting his own touch to it, he doesn't want to be exactly the same as Baba as that is Baba's own legacy. I think it's nice he does his own thing to put his own personal stamp on it. Give him credit for trying to come up with new stuff and make it interesting

For me, the street noise is half the magic with Baba’s shop. The world buzzing along next to you but pure peace and relaxation sat in that chair. RIP Baba, gone far too soon.

The kid is just starting... he is trying to keep Babas head massage alive.. overdoing it.. true.. But he has time to find his way.. maybe become even better.. I was introduced to these type of videos about 2 months ago. When I discovered Baba had died I was pretty bummed. Now finding his sons videos makes me feel like maybe someday I’ll get a chance to have one of these massages done someday.

This is special. Knowing that a cultural, if not spiritual tradition is being carried on is great news

I tend not to watch too much asmr anymore, they just kind of relax me a little bit not to the extent that they did before. Might be going through the same thing. Getting so many massages eventually dulls the senses and tbh a lot of these Indian barbershops, etc., don’t have a clue to what they’re doing.
