Not a lot of makeup has caught my eye lately, but Cosmic Brushes always manage to get my attention! The pigmentation of that dark purple is making me salivate 😂🤤

I'm so excited for this palette so I can try the brand. The first two palettes from CB were gorgeous but had too many murky colors that, unfortunately, make me look jaundiced. I'm much much too pink-toned to pull off the murky shades. I can't wait to try them with _this_ palette.

Beautiful twist on a pastel palette for Summer time! I am very excited about the look you created. If you had done a typical, pastel look i would have said, "blah, another boring pastel, easy pass" but now you got me thinking 🤔 😉

Both eye looks were really cute! 💙💜Especially the blue one. I really like Cosmic eye shadow formula , I have their last 2 palettes and love them The shadows apply easy, last and look great on. Cosmic brushes prices are reasonable and they ship fast. Enjoyed the video❣

I do like Cosmic Brushes products, but shipping and customer service are really bad. The Muse palette was purchased on launch, and it took over 2 months to get to me! The palette was in stock at the time. Customer service did not seem to care. This is a beautiful palette, but I am not sure it’s worth the hassle. If KZread creators get these palettes ahead of time, then regular customers should get their products in a timely manner.

So. I also had shipping issues with serenity. Tracking issues to be exact. The product is coming from Europe and Royal mail is having some issues. It also took about a month and a half to get to me. It's not really on the brand for that one. But I had a different customer service experience. I approached Faye with respect and got some of the best customer service from the brand owner I've gotten from a company in a while. It is a 1 or 2 person run business. They were not prepared for this level of business im sure. So, all I can say is your opinion is valid, but not shared.

@@jayadora I order art supplies from a place in Britain several times a year because of a particular brand of paint I can’t get in the US. It takes 5-8 days to ship to me with FedEx Worldwide, and shipping is around $10. I did approach Cosmic Brushes respectfully, but their response was not professional. 2 months is a long time for something that is in stock. Pre-orders are different, but this was NOT a pre-order. You may have had a good experience, but I did not.

At the launch time for muse, the postal service in the UK was on strike and short of getting a boat and rowing them across the Atlantic, I don't think there was much the company could have done. Perhaps give them another chance and judge them purely on their service? There are no strikes planned by the postal service at the moment.

I always get so much inspiration from your pastel and colorful looks! I can’t wait to use my own library of colors to recreate this

Just today I was contemplating if I should buy PmG Midnight Sun (MS) which is 50% off in EU, so as inteligent being I am, I went into my collection and looked for dupes of colours duh and one shade that make me want to buy MS is that grungy green shade and when I tell you that ‘Wanderer’ from Serenity is great dupe ❤ just cheff’s kiss. I love that palette. What a cool and inovative colour story filled with quite a few different formulas. I am on my no-buy right now but when I tell you once I have a chance the Muse and Delicious Delights are on the top of my list. They did it again. Thanks for the video ❤

Morning Heather!!! Love this palette and the looks you created. That purple packed a punch which looks amazing on your skin tone. The second look is my favorite but both are inspirational.

I have a 2nds version of the Royal Rose and I can’t see why it’s a 2nds quality as it’s beautiful, also have the Serenity and the Muse palette roll on 6pm Friday it’s around €37 I believe

Been looking for a nice colourful pallet with a good set of blue colours. Seen a lot of influencers say Cosmetic Brushes make great eyeshadows so alarm set to order this one. The multi chrome looks really good and it’s only £25 for the pallet, role on Friday 😁

@Acidfunkish sadly royal rose won't be restocked as it's been discontinued. You could try starting a petition to get it back because so many people are only now finding the brand they never got the chance to get it!

They're a small brand from a small country and they're quite rightly in demand. I'm sure they'd love to be able to keep things in stock but it's easier said than done. They're definitely worth waiting for!
