@@darrylisaac9400 okay I had to go back to my comic books apparently I was remembering issue one of the Superman Beyond 3D where the monitor girl is saying something about there being no president for the concept story no understanding of the damage story and it's basically showing a silhouette of Superman standing in front of the different multiverses and it looks like he's standing outside of the monitor ship which is holding all the universes in it

It's debatable whether Dc has any Tier 0 characters it has some of the strongest Tier 1s in fiction but the cosmology doesn't really allow for tier 0s

CAS reached at the very edges of fiction itself! I think CAS should have won but RKT is a maybe. CAS is in a world beyond the original DC Stories (which include the writers themselves) so I am gonna say CAS stomps Uncle Sam but Thor is a big maybe.

I agree Sam can't be someone who transcended Icons, form, and Gods infinitely times over. In addition to that, I think RKT could beat Sam. Here's why: RKT ended Ragnarok which would end all Gods and Heroes and Creation. But furthermore, he stopped the concept of the Gods Dying and the end of the world and gave the story finality. Heroes are eternal but if the story has finality heroes can not exist in it and Uncle sam (and the Archetypal being(s) who represent herohood would eventually meet their end). In addition to that CAS and RKT represent 2 dichotomies of the concept of story. CAS wrote to be continued meaning the story would never end and would keep going on after he dies. Whilst RKT, put the stories and concepts that transcend Gods to an end.
