You two are the best. Thanks 👍
Enjoy your shows. I am 73 years old and on the week of May 16,2023 I will take delivery of my Z51 silver flare corvette convertible. This will be the 4th corvette I have owned and I plan on having a E-ray before my time is up on this earth. Good information keep them coming. Thanks, Mike

It's the Star of Tech Tuesday, Chuck Metz!!! ❤
I love the song! It really does make me happy!
hey rick and Chuck really wanted to say thanks for your help and time another great show
Rick and Chuck I took delivery of my 2023 C8 today Drove it for the first time WOW This is my 6th Corvette but first C8 Thanks to you guys I felt really comfortable driving it because I've learned so much from you guys I even imagined a send off send off pat
Just got back from Ron Fellows yesterday Had a blast. On the first day I was the first to do the track. Very scary. Felt more comfortable on the second day. The instructors are informative, friendly and guide you through everything. And yes the condos are beautiful. They now have 220 Corvettes.
I purchased the above mentioned grease for the seals. I put it on twice a year, in the spring and then in the fall before it gets cold here in Wisconsin. Thanks Father Chuck!
Thanks for showing my pics Rick. I meant every word and Im sure others feel the same. Take care and be safe! Hmmmm see, Im starting to hear that song again. ❤

Oh man......don't get me started!
Another great Tech Tuesday and thanks for putting my Ron Fellows pic on today’s Beautiful Rides!
It amazing how you can’t get an electric part for a 2005 car but you can find or buy just about every part for a car built prior to 2000.
Rick your intro is great.😂
Chuck & Rick Awesome Video today. GOD SPEED.
Tech Tuesday news update with Rick and Chuck great information as always guys.
Thanks for the great information as usual. Btw Rick, I will be seeing you next Tuesday so "Father" Chuck can do a service on my 2021. Then we'll be heading down to the NCM Bash! Have a great week!
Great show again. Timmmmmmber😊
Great job as always guys. Look forward to the next tech talk
Mr. Conti I enjoy your Tech Tuesdays vlogs!! Rick,,Stop Dreaming and Start Driving!!!👍🏽
About 13 - 14 months from my 2022 C8 being built February 2022, my Park Assist Module finally got installed. Just in time for the Spring Driving Season to begin in PA. So if your C8 was missing this from your build, contact your dealer to see if it’s available.
Been watching long enough now to remember the song came from corvette 918 and was passed to you. I downloaded it way back then and play it very often while driving my car. Great info, great fun, keep it going guys! Tech tuesdays are just awesome
Hi Rick and everyone!
Another great Tech Tuesday with Star ⭐️ Power (Chuckie)! And those beautiful rides! 👍🏼🥇⭐️🏁🎥🎬
Corvette Action Center had some information on a 2008 C6 that the A6 Transmission learns via driver inputs. Some cars become “lazy” if driven mildly for an extended period (40 heat cycles.) You can have your tranny re-flashed at your dealership for free. This will reset the Transmission Shift Points to the most aggressive. Supposedly the change is noticeable.
Thanks for answering my questions. Great show, as always.
Chuck is so smart!!
Thanks for answering my question. Maybe someone will lead me onto one or something that will help!!
Timber! 😍
They also forget to tell new c7 owners to warm up the tires before stepping on it! Im a racecar driver and those tires need more warm up than racing slicks! Very dangerous especially for average drivers lol

GOOD POINT!
Good evening!
Thanks for another informative segment of Tech Tuesday. I hope you and Ryan have a fun time at NCM race track tomorrow. I am looking forward to next weeks Tech Tuesday already.
That's a lot of cars!
What all season tire are you going to run. Looking at replacing the tires on my 21 HTC Z51 also. Thanks for all the great info that Chuck and you give us all.
I love tech. Here I am at the NCM listening to tech Tues. Doing the plant tour (again) tomorrow am then will watch you, Ryan and Michael at the track.

That is so cool, thanks Brad
I watched an ACS video of them installing the extended mud flaps and lower side rockers. In the video they had jackstands. I sent in a comment to ACS and they promptly answered my question and said those jackstands are in development and will be available sometime this year. But please guys, let me be first in line for them...

@@robertwelch5584 thanks Robert - stay tuned not sure what the last two cycles of 2023 will hold for us …crazy times for sure
Thanks guys! Question follow up on the jacking up versus using support stands. I would like to know best place to put a pair of safety Jack stands after I have lifted the car - and getting the jack out of the way so I don’t trip over it. Can you do a follow up? Thanks, in advance!

Rick got a little spicy with that cacti green color question 😂. Love it
Reliability always seems to come up when a car is being considered for purchase. With a move to more Electrified Vehicles, does reliability get better? What issues are more reflective of a vehicle’s reliability?
What is the oldest car Chuck has worked on and do you see many cars before C6?
I have added the engine area lights to two different C8's. Takes a couple hours, no programming needed. HOWEVER, I just did this to my '23 but the driver side or left light with part number ending in 55 is on national backorder. I have looked all over and no one has that one light. If someone knows where I can get one, let me know.
Nice vett behind you 👍👍
The Bash is next week! ❤❤❤
So how long should the carbon ceramic brakes last if the car isn't tracked?
Can a lift kit be added to a C8 later?
Hello
Unfortunately, you can't go if you do :(nt have a VET :(
Old saying there is no such thing as a stupid question. That was said by someone who never experienced being in the automobile business lol

@@RickCorvetteConti 😁
I respectfully disagree with some of your comments on summer tires below 40°. My Pirelli P Zeros (speed rating 186+) should never be driven below 40°. At that temperature, the molecular structure of the tire compound changes and a plethora of small cracks in the rubber compound will develop rendering the tire unsafe. And I still love your show!
@RickCorvetteConti
Жыл бұрын
We did not say they should but rather if they were driven frequently under 40 could cause issues - still a good question and always good conversation
Here's a video, not mine, of an installation of the appearance package lights. kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZX6by62PmZy4eLA.html

Thanks for the link. Seems a bit futsy though. There is a company that makes a light that is battery powered, so used for special occasions like when friends come over to see it. That makes more sense to me. It's also brighter and is remote controlled.
If you own a new 23 C8 what does it cost to attend Ron Fellows?

Hey Rick, a quick question for you. I was watching another youtuber video of his C8 ZO6 delivery and I couldn't help but notice along with other commenters that as it's being unwrapped I could see something that shouldn't be there! There is a Stingray badge on the rear engine hatch??? I'm sure it is a mistake by the factory worker but what the hell?? How does this pass inspection like that?? Granted the dealer hadn't done the PDI yet but even after dealer PDI its still on there? Here's the link to the video I'm talking about: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hnqkq9WlnJizXZM.html
Cause the 2024 is the Caca car!!!😂😂😂
