Thank you for your idea's, I love the look. Last summer, I started my custom fence. The way I'm building it is with 8' sections at a time. So, due to my budget, I can build onto it as I get the money. Each section averages about $120.00 for 8' x 6' .

God it's so beautiful 😍 I'm in South Texas. I've been looking for someone to design and build the corrugated steel fence for my house. No one can't all the guys that I hired to get a estimate they make excuses for me and also they said that the sliding gate it's impossible to build. They recommend me a wood gate/fence 😪 I'm going to wait to the right one. 😅

I think you have 1x1(US) pieces on each side of the metal. I think i can see screws screwed in on each side, then the wood 1x1s are screwed directly to the posts on the backside. Am i correct? Super clean job mate. (Working on my accent, let me know if that sounded good). Haha

How long is supposed to last? How many years? Is it pretty resistant to bad weather?

paola flores well it depends on how well you maintain the timber. In general looking at 15-20year.

Hows the sound when there is high winds? Is it noticeable or you don't hear it.

@@naileditfencing But please we live in Florida, and I have some crazy neighbors that wants to call Code enforcement every time we move inside our own lot. Here in Florida if we call a contractor will cost us an arm and a leg, we cannot afford it, so we have to do it ourself, so can you please email me some tips on how we can get this done, but we need to go at least 10 ft up, because the neigbors. There are a number of places. I tend to go with Stratco.

Per section...Is that 2 sheets o steel ? What is each steel piece measurement? Is it same as roofing for house? Is that grey color painted on OR color of steel?

2 sheets. Can’t remember exact measurement of sheets. About 900mm. It’s colorbond sheeting. It is the same as roof, however coloured same on both sides. Comes in a variety of colours

I’m in Australia. It is the same colour both sides. If you can’t get it, try getting plain sheets powder coated.

ddemier ddemier hi mate. Fabricate a gal steel frame. Insert two wheels in the bottom rail. Clad materials to front of frame. Add post with rollers to slide.

Love the design, although strictly on the video I selected thumbs down. Either than the video great job and installation quality was awesome. Video I felt needed more detail of camera angles.
