David face when Gary said he’s got a gun because he knows his wife is hiding in one of the boxes

There is a lot of stuff Gary did around this time that he just got away with. Robert's death and Shona getting shoot were his fault (partly) because he ruined Derek's life and not to mention the Underworld roof collapse which led to Rana's death.
