Every Sunday in mid-June, a Christian festival called Corpus Christi is held in Lagartera , an embroidered village in the province of Toledo near the province of Extremadura in Spain. Altars are built in the houses and decorated with family tradition embroidery. Villagers wear gorgeous folk costumes and parade through the village.
毎年６月中旬の日曜日にコーパス・クリスティー（聖体祭）というキリスト教の祭礼がラガルテラというスペインのエストレマドゥーラ州に近いトレド県の刺繍の村で開かれます。家々には祭壇が造られ家伝の刺繍で飾られます。村人は華やか民族衣装をまとい村の中をパレードします。
