We had a monetisation claim for humming a song, that too for its Telugu dub version. Not only Saregama, Sony Music is also in this. We think KZread is also responsible and should make better and elaborate arrangements for using copyrighted content under Fair Use. Sure Meta Monkeys will address this soon. ♥️♥️♥️

KZread will not come into this situation since it's one person claiming another's content. KZread will say that they are just a platform and will stand on the sidelines. That's why every content creator that got unnecessarily ccd should file a mass lawsuit on the company and KZread.

We need delicated team to review these claims, they should understand local language and its terms. But it’s really very very unfair to use lyrics of song what we sing in our voice. Probably, they are using machine learning-based algorithms to identify and match patterns (lyrics, dialogues, music, etc.) between the uploaded videos and the songs in their database. This way, they might be able to easily flag the videos from content creators without much effort. But looks like their algorithms are not so great. It will be better and more accurate if a neutal party does this.
