Lol, when I was a teen I used to have a personal rule that after seeing somebody around at a store or somewhere once, and saying the hi and bye, I wasn't allowed to come across them again for the rest of the time. ive been in these calls countless times and it's the worst. The person giving the talk should say "does anyone have any questions regarding x or how y works?", but they keep it so vague and open ended that no one wants to ask anything.

Sometimes they say “hi Kim” and I cant see who it is (for a variety of reasons glare/sun/glasses) and so I give a “generic hello”. Then as we get closer I can give a “Oh Hey Bob!” Or if it’s someone I don’t like.., give a “hi Bob” In mono tone.

How I wish you office people would consider the "Janitorial standpoint" in your decisions! It would make our jobs so much easier, because they're things that should not fly! If someone spills coffee in a carpeted area they'll straight up grab the carpet cleaner from the closet and steam clean it 😂 we even have a sign in the kitchen that says "There are no maids here, clean up after yourself" 😂

When we were still long distance, I went to surprise him at his workplace, and I stood outside the door of his department for like 20 min after he was supposed to have finished. I got worried that I missed him somehow so I called him and he was just about to board the subway, turns out he leaves from a different door too 🤦🏽‍♀️So that surprise didn't go as planned lol, I had to tell him I was in front of his door over the phone and he had to run back to get me

Whenever someone asks my boss how his day is going he has 2 replies if it’s a good day he says “Just another day in paradise.” And if it’s not so good he says “Well, I woke up on the right side of the dirt.” 😂😂😂
