I also have a garmin epix 2 that I really like but it has too many features for me that I dont use so I got the coros vertix 2 it's more simple for me and the battery life is like no other

Hi, does the Vertex 2 have weather information on the screen or a weather widget?

COROS does not have a weather widget for the watch. They just released a software update that pulls the weather from your phone and places it in the app. If you have your app open then you can use the menu to see the weather. It isn't ideal, but it is a step in the right direction.

Any idea when a new Vertix or new watch by Coros will launch?

Where is the V02max reading

uploading routes just seems useless to me. I've been watching tons of videos on these and can't find any info. can you place permanent waypoints on the map outside of the workout function?!

I use maps for trail running. I create routes on Garmin Connect and download the gpx file to be saved by the Coros app. Bit convoluted but not a big deal. It works well for the above usage (I previously had a Garmin for reference). If you want to add waypoints and use the watch for adhoc navigating, like picking a point then plotting a course, then this isnt the watch for you.

@@Kunsbz I talked to coros yesterday the reason it didn't track my sleep is cause I had heart rate on every ten min I switched it to every second and it worked hope this helps cause the coros vertix is amazing 👏

The music part was kind of rubbish... The rest was very useful.

If it’s Garmin vs COROS.. any day Garmin.. the device accuracy is much better
